We’re looking for a Partner Performance Analyst to join the TGE Freight team in Brisbane and help drive smarter, stronger performance across our Delivery Partner network.
This is more than a reporting role. You’ll turn data into insights, identify trends and opportunities, and help leaders make better decisions that improve service, performance and commercial outcomes.
What you’ll do
Analyse partner performance, trends, risks and opportunities.
Build and improve reporting, dashboards and performance scorecards.
Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Support partner performance reviews and operational decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and performance.
Use AI, automation and digital tools to find smarter ways of working.
Partner with Operations, Finance, Commercial and Delivery Partner teams.
What we’re looking for
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel and experience with reporting and data analysis.
Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, Power Automate, SQL, Copilot or similar tools.
A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technology.
Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
A curious, commercially minded and continuous improvement mindset.
Transport, logistics or network experience is highly regarded.
