Job Description

In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for a Jr. Asset Manager, who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of digital assets with the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role ensures created assets are accurately uploaded, tagged with metadata. The junior asset manager also assists with auditing asset data by exporting metadata reports and identifying inconsistencies to maintain high-quality Digital Asset Management environment.

Responsibilities

- Upload approved digital asset into Adobe Asset Manager-(AEM) DAM.- Apply and validate metadata according to established taxonomy, naming conventions, and metadata standards.- Ensure assets are organized in the correct folder structure and are completed following documented process.- Perform quality assurance to verify asset accuracy, and metadata completeness.- Export metadata reports from AEM for audit reviews.-Review metadata reports to identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent metadata and assist with resolution efforts.-Assist in documenting, and following DAM process, workflows, and best practices.-Escalate metadata, or system issues to Managing Asset Manager.

Qualifications

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital asset management or related fields. - Understanding of metadata and digital asset organization. - Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on maintaining accuracy and consistency. - Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive improvements in asset management processes. - Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Education: Information Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
