Responsibilities
- Communicate and execute business strategy within the team, aligning activities with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
- Build and maintain a strong industry network, represent the company at relevant events, and gather market intelligence.
- Develop and manage key customer relationships, ensuring effective communication, problem resolution, and long-term partnership growth.
- Identify and present suitable products and services to customers, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and strengthen client relationships.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information is maintained in CRM systems to support customer retention and business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Significant professional experience with the ability to manage complex situations and provide guidance to others.
- Experience leading, supervising, and developing teams to achieve business objectives within established deadlines.
- Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, solve business challenges, and provide coaching and guidance to others.
- Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of policy development, implementation, and compliance within organizational objectives.
- Proven ability to influence, train, and support others while driving business results.
