Cyntec (http://www.cyntec.com) is the world leader in passive components. With advanced design and processing technologies, Cyntec has established solid technology platforms for inductors, current sense resistors, high power magnetics for xEV applications. Cyntec is 100% owned by Delta Electronics Inc. in Taiwan.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and secure design wins for Cyntec automotive components, including high-power magnetics, current sense resistors, power inductors/chokes, and power modules
- Promote component adoption with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and semiconductor companies through reference design engagements
- Achieve annual revenue targets while delivering sustained year-over-year business growth
- Manage strategic customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and generate demand through proactive customer engagement
- Coordinate with engineering teams, factories, and product management in Taiwan to support customer requirements, including product specifications, samples, pricing, technical support, and quality issue resolution
- Lead commercial negotiations involving pricing, contracts, and business agreements
Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering preferred; alternatively, an Engineering degree with 5+ years of automotive electronics sales or marketing experience
- Proven experience in automotive electronics and/or electronic components.
- Established relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, including engineering and procurement organizations
- Strong understanding of automotive applications, including EV charging, battery management systems (BMS), ADAS, zonal architectures, infotainment, LED lighting, and high-performance computing platforms
- Demonstrated sales discipline with a results-driven, business development mindset
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time management abilities
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 10%

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior product development or engineering experience
- Semiconductor industry experience
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus
