Central Leasing Specialist

Description

Odin Properties, a Real Estate Investment & Property Management company, is looking for a Central Leasing Specialist based out of our Center City Philadelphia, PA office.  This role is responsible for pre-tour, post-tour, application management, move-in, and management of the leasing AI agent.

Requirements

• Handles the full pre-tour funnel: responds to inbound prospect calls and digital leads, conducts outbound lead outreach and qualification, answers pre-tour questions, and manages tour scheduling, agent assignment, confirmations, and reminders.
• Manages post-tour follow-through by addressing no-shows and cancellations, re-engaging waitlisted prospects, and sending personalized nurture notes.
• Owns application intake by sending the application link and instructions, managing the applicant pool and prioritization, and prompting prospects to complete and submit all required documents.
• Manages application decisioning by communicating approvals and denials, generating and distributing the lease, and following up on unsigned leases.
• Handles affordable and compliance-specific application steps, including affordable waitlists and preference, pre-screening, and explaining program requirements.
• Processes move-in finances:  ancillary fees and MAP charges, first rent installment, security deposits, and ongoing ledger management for move-in charges, payments, and adjustments.
• Coordinates move-in logistics, including the move-in summary and checklist, follow-up communications, mover COIs, and elevator scheduling.

Key Skills & Education

• Bachelor's Degree in business related field.
• Strong communication across phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
• High attention to detail in document review, ledger accuracy, and compliance steps.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities across properties (pre-tour, post-tour, application, and move-in).
• Sound judgment in lead qualification, eligibility review and fraud detection.
• Proficiency with accounting and ledger systems, and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong follow-through in prospect engagement and lease execution.
