  • Undertaking audit assignments and conducting audits taking overall audit responsibilities in accordance with the ALS India CT procedures, client specific requirements & auditing standard (e.g., FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000, FSSAI requirements etc).
  • Ensure to cover all areas for routine audit including client food preparation kitchens, serving areas and supplier base kitchens as per schedule and maintain audit attendance records.
  • Planning of audits in accordance with the standard and client specific requirements
  • To Audit & verify the compliance(s) of:

The receiving & storage process on daily basis / as and when required as per food safety and client specific requirements on receiving specifications, COA, temperature, humidity, pH requirement etc.   Any pre-processing steps (For E.g., sorting processes to identify food safety hazards), preparation (E.g., Washing, sanitization, thawing, cutting etc) as per food safety and client specific requirements. Personnel, facility & equipment hygiene / cleaning, and sanitization as per the requirements Processing activities such as cooking, holding, and serving on food hygiene, temperature & time against the requirements Foods are prepared/ cooked thoroughly and comply with the nutritional (as per calorific values set) and for quality parameters (e.g., Sensory characteristics) Temperature and cleanliness of the food serving counter before serving could starts and in regular intervals (at least twice per session) during any given service window period. Vendor base kitchens and work areas for the food safety requirements at regular intervals (at least once a month) and to report observations / non-compliances to the vendor management for corrections & improvements looping in Café governing body in writing. Breakout areas/pantries on all days in the facility and complete the reports/ checklists on levels of cleanliness and hygiene Food waste segregation in the kitchen and holding, timely disposal of the food & sanitization of the food holding area and report to the vendor for taking appropriate corrections and corrective actions Food handlers and vendor staff’s awareness / number of trainings on food safety, changes in food safety compliances by regulatory bodies, food safety news, new outbreaks of food-borne illnesses, external influences that could influence food safety personal grooming & hygiene, food safety, store management, material receiving, pre-preparation, etc. Personnel records such as daily hygiene, medical reports, food lab test reports, water tests, COA of purchased goods etc. against the food safety requirements & standards. Level of maintenance, cleaning and hygiene carried out on kitchens, food storage and serving areas to ensure food safety.  Verification of food safety complaints and effectiveness on corrective action measures Effectiveness of internal audit, management review processes that are being followed. Documentation and record keeping processes against the food safety standards standard (e.g., FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000, FSSAI requirements etc). being followed by the client organization.

  • To report and coordinating with ALS H.O team on day-to-day activities and as and when required
  • Reporting of audit findings, completion, and submission of audit reports in agreed timeline to ALS India CT H.O
  • To conduct review of report as and when required or necessary.
  • Follow up and review of corrections and corrective actions from the client.
  • Co-ordinating and support the ALS H.O team for review of on-site audit activities as and when required.
  • To participate in continual development programs, trainings and to demonstrate the required competence in technical areas of the management system standards as per ALS India CT procedures as when required by ALS India CT.
