Job Summary:


The Creative Resource Manager serves as the enterprise leader responsible for developing, implementing, and governing self-service creative capabilities that enable teams across Wellstar to produce high-quality, brand-compliant communications and marketing materials. Reporting to the Director, Creative, this role designs and manages the systems, templates, platforms, and processes that empower business units, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders to create approved content without direct support from dedicated marketing resources.

Working in close partnership with creative, marketing, communications, digital, and operational leaders, the Creative Resource Manager translates brand standards into scalable, user-friendly solutions that increase efficiency, strengthen brand consistency, and expand organizational capacity. This role oversees the creation and maintenance of self-service creative tools, digital asset libraries, and template ecosystems that support marketing campaigns, patient communications, presentations, educational materials, and other collateral across the Wellstar system.


Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:


Self-Service Creative Platform Strategy and Management
Lead the strategy, development, implementation, and governance of self-service creative tools, template libraries, and content creation platforms that enable stakeholders across the organization to independently produce marketing and communications materials.


Template and Asset Development
Design, build, and maintain branded templates, modular content components, presentation formats, digital assets, and collateral frameworks that align with enterprise standards and support a wide range of business needs.


Cross-Functional Partnership and Consultation
Partner with marketing, communications, digital, operational, and clinical teams to understand content needs, identify opportunities for self-service solutions, and prioritize enhancements to creative tools and resources.


Governance, Training, and Adoption
Develop governance processes, training programs, user documentation, and educational resources to ensure stakeholders can effectively use creative tools while maintaining compliance with brand standards.


Technology and Vendor Management
Evaluate, implement, and optimize creative technology platforms, digital asset management systems, and vendor relationships that support scalable content creation and distribution.


Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Monitor emerging technologies, AI-enabled creative capabilities, industry best practices, and user feedback to enhance self-service offerings and improve organizational efficiency.


Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.


Required Minimum Education:

  • Bachelors Other / Related Field or Bachelors Advertising or Bachelors Design or Bachelors Business Communications or Bachelors Business Administration/Management
  • 5 years additional - Additional years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of minimum education requirement.


Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):


All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

    Additional License(s) and Certification(s):

    • Certification or advanced training in creative technology platforms, digital asset management systems, or content management tools
    • Certification or demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, template management systems, and marketing technology platforms
    • Experience with enterprise collaboration and content creation platforms such as the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Microsoft productivity tools, and digital asset management platforms Upon Hire Preferred


    Required Minimum Experience:

    • Minimum 7 years Seven to ten years of progressively responsible experience in creative operations, marketing operations, brand management, creative services, communications, or digital content management Required and
    • Minimum 5 years Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable self-service content or creative platforms for large, complex organizations Required and
    • Minimum 5 years Experience managing enterprise template libraries, digital asset management systems, content management platforms, or creative enablement technologies Required and
    • Minimum 5 years Proven success collaborating across business, clinical, operational, and marketing functions to drive adoption of tools and processes Required and
    • Minimum 3 years Experience managing external vendors, technology partners, and platform implementations preferred Preferred and
    • Minimum 3 years Healthcare, hospitality, consumer, or other service-oriented industry experience preferred Preferred


    Required Minimum Skills:

    • Deep understanding of creative operations, content governance, and enterprise-scale marketing enablement
    • Expertise in template design, digital asset management, content management systems, and self-service platform administration
    • Strong understanding of brand standards and the ability to operationalize them through intuitive tools and workflows
    • Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate user needs into scalable solutions
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to lead organizational change and drive adoption across decentralized teams
    • Familiarity with AI-enabled creative technologies, automation tools, and emerging content platforms
    • Knowledge of digital, print, presentation, and multimedia production processes
    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
