Job Description Summary

The Lifecare Financials & LATAM Operations Leader serves as the primary Global leader for Lifecare financial performance and project financial oversight. Responsible as the LATAM Region Project and Services Architect for leading the region team of Project and Services Specialists in financial governance, operational excellence, and business process management across the Latin America region.
The position partners closely with Services, Projects, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Regional Leadership teams to ensure financial accuracy, operational effectiveness, compliance with business processes, and successful execution of strategic initiatives. The role drives continuous improvement, standardisation, productivity, and business transformation while providing leadership and development for the LATAM P&S Specialist team.

Lifecare Financial Management & ERP Governance

  • Own the Global Lifecare financial management process, including forecasting, reporting, ERP governance, compliance, and overall operational visibility.

  • Oversee product line coding, order commitments, backlog visibility, recurring revenue tracking, and revenue reporting while ensuring financial data integrity and compliance with corporate standards.

  • Partner with Finance and Commercial Operations to improve forecasting accuracy, revenue predictability, and business performance through effective reporting and analytics.

LATAM Operations Leadership

  • Lead regional operations supporting Projects and Services across Latin America, establishing operational standards, governance processes, and performance management frameworks.

  • Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while identifying operational risks and implementing appropriate corrective actions.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Services, Projects, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams while championing process simplification and continuous improvement.

LATAM Coordinator Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop the LATAM Project & Services Specialist Team, establishing goals, priorities, performance expectations, and effective resource alignment across regional priorities.

  • Coach and mentor team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and operational excellence.

  • Support professional development, succession planning, talent development, and effective workload balancing across the team.

ISM Service Activation Leadership

  • Support ISM Service Activation activities and governance, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to enable successful service agreement implementation and customer onboarding.

  • Monitor activation performance, address gaps through corrective actions, and drive standardization and simplification of service activation workflows.

  • Ensure activation processes support revenue recognition requirements, operational objectives, and customer satisfaction.

Strategic Service Initiative Leadership

  • Lead and support strategic LATAM service initiatives focused on operational excellence, productivity, growth, digitalization, automation, and business transformation.

  • Partner with global and regional stakeholders to execute programs, monitor performance, manage risks, and communicate progress to leadership.

  • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings, improve operational scalability, and increase adoption of best practices and standard work.

Key Project Financial Support & Governance

  • Serve as the primary operational and financial support leader for strategic LATAM projects, including Venezuela Projects, CFE Mexico DCS Programs, and other regional customer investments and long-term service agreements.

  • Provide financial oversight, forecasting, cost analysis, and performance reporting while identifying financial risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.

  • Partner with Project Managers, Finance, and Commercial Operations to maximize profitability, cash flow, and project performance while establishing governance and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into project financial and operational health.

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert for operational processes, ERP systems, reporting tools, and governance requirements while maintaining KPIs, dashboards, and control mechanisms.

  • Drive data quality, compliance, process adherence, and standardization of reporting, templates, workflows, and financial controls.

  • Lead simplification, automation, productivity, Lean, and Kaizen initiatives to eliminate waste and improve operational effectiveness and business performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Minimum of 8 years of cumulative experience across operations, project/program management, services, finance, commercial operations, supply chain, or related functions.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial/project management, including ERP systems, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, governance, and/or operational performance management, with at least 3 years of experience leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $145,400.00 and $242,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
