We're looking for a Quality Technician - Complaints Laboratory to join our Quality team in Dun Laoghaire and play a vital role in ensuring the quality, safety, and performance of products used by patients around the world.

The Role
As a Quality Technician within our Complaints Laboratory, you'll be responsible for evaluating customer complaint samples and supporting investigations that help drive product quality and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving, reviewing, and logging product complaints within the complaints management system.
- Performing hands-on evaluation and testing of complaint samples in accordance with approved procedures.
- Accurately documenting results and ensuring investigations are completed to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborating with our global Complaints Team to support timely and effective complaint investigations.
- Maintaining laboratory operations in line with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting quality improvement initiatives and driving compliance across the Quality Management System.
- Following and contributing to the continuous improvement of quality procedures and processes.
- Providing support across broader Quality activities as required.
Education and Experience
- Qualification in Science, Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience within a regulated industry such as Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.
- Understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working within a laboratory, manufacturing, or quality-focused environment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a quality-focused career path.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
