Are you ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic and innovative environment? A1 Bulgaria is looking for a Roaming Specialist to join our team. No experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need.

Your daily routine would include:

• Test validation and troubleshooting of roaming services for new partners.
• Support the establishment of new roaming partnerships.
• Update and validate roaming charges for all existing partners.
• Management, monitoring and analysis of the roaming Data Clearing process.
• Resolve roaming service complaints and provide support to Billing, Revenue Assurance and Fraud departments.
• Streamline and automate daily tasks.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Economics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Ability to work independently.
• A can‑do mindset.
• Microsoft Office skills (Outlook and Excel);
• Тelecom billing systems knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English.
