The ideal candidate is comfortable exploring new technologies, experimenting with AI-enabled capabilities, and translating emerging tools into practical solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Calculate and assign annual and periodic quotas for field sales representatives in partnership with Sales Leadership, using data-driven methodologies to support equitable and effective quota allocation.
- Analyze sales performance and key business metrics to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytical tools that enable timely, data-driven decision-making.
- Apply AI, automation, and advanced analytics to Sales Operations workflows, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, accelerate analysis, improve accuracy, and enhance sales productivity.
- Explore and evaluate emerging AI and digital technologies, including generative AI and intelligent automation, and translate relevant capabilities into practical Sales Operations use cases.
- Develop AI-enabled approaches to data analysis and business insights, helping teams identify trends, summarize complex information, accelerate recurring analyses, and improve decision support.

- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Data & Analytics, and Commercial Enablement teams to support strategic initiatives and advance technology-enabled capabilities.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and appropriate use of sales data through rigorous quality control, documentation, and data governance practices.
- Support territory planning, headcount management, account alignments and organizational planning.
- Build and improve scalable workflows and self-service solutions that enable commercial teams to access insights more efficiently and reduce reliance on manual reporting.
- Translate complex data, analytical findings, and AI-generated insights into clear, concise recommendations and executive-level presentations.
- Continuously evaluate systems, tools, data sources, and processes and recommend scalable improvements that support organizational growth and evolving commercial needs.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, data science, economics, information systems, data analytics or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales operations, business analytics, commercial operations or a related analytical role.

- Experience working with large datasets to identify patterns and trends and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools, generative AI, AI assistants or copilots, automation platforms, advanced analytics, or low-code/no-code technologies in a business environment.
- Knowledge of data quality, governance and validation principles, including evaluating outputs generated by automated or AI-enabled solutions.
