Description
Contract Duration : 6 months
Responsibilities
- Lead mobilisation and maintain the implementation plan, team deployment, governance calendar, RACI, escalation path and continuity plan.
- Translate COMPANY demand into role priorities, capacity allocation, sourcing strategy, forecast and recovery action.
- Facilitate intake/calibration and ensure every active requisition has an approved controlling brief and agreed shortlist date.
- Supervise sourcing, screening, candidate submission, interview, offer, pre-boarding and start-tracking activities.
- Apply or verify the documented pre-submission quality check for every candidate pack and key report.
- Own the weekly dashboard, operational meeting, SLA performance, issue log, decisions and corrective actions.
- Coordinate the monthly service review pack and support the Account Director in executive governance.
- Ensure ATS accuracy, one-Business-Day updates, candidate consent, confidentiality, PDPA controls and maintain auditable records.
- Escalate Critical Issues within one Business Day.
- Supervise the team, manage workload and arrange approved continuity or replacement personnel when required
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Engineering, Project Management or other science/technical discipline.
- At least ten (10) years of recruitment experience.
- At least three (3) years leading an embedded or managed RPO team.
- Led at least one (1) programme delivering thirty (30) or more hires within twelve (12) months during the last five (5) years prior to this tender.
- Experience supporting an oil and gas or comparable technical workforce.
