Opportunity

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Receptionist to join the Porsche Auckland team and discover the Porsche difference. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious luxury car brand while supporting both reception and sales functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a comfortable experience.
• Handle all incoming calls, route them to the right department, and assist where needed.
• Maintain dealership cleanliness, including café and kitchen areas.
• Process paperwork accurately and on time, including vehicle sales agreements, invoices, and service documents.
• Support Sales and Service teams with administrative tasks, such as processing timecards, purchase orders, and registration documents.
• Manage Health & Safety compliance and ensure a safe working environment for all.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a receptionist or similar role.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanour.
• High computer literacy with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• A keen eye for detail and maintaining organised records.
