Dar seguimiento puntual a la recuperación de pagos de clientes nacionales, asegurando la correcta captura de facturas en portales, conciliaciones y gestión eficiente de saldos.

What will your functions be?

• Captura y seguimiento de facturas en portales de clientes.
• Gestión de la cartera asignada: llamadas, correos y programación de pagos.
• Atención a solicitudes de notas de crédito, devoluciones o saldos a favor.
• Elaboración de reportes semanales y mensuales de recuperación.

What are we looking for?

• Licenciatura concluida en Administración, Contaduría o carrera afín.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en cobranza (deseable en logística o freight forwarding).
• Manejo avanzado de Excel y experiencia con ERPs o portales de clientes.
• Habilidades de organización, comunicación y negociación.
