The Opportunity

Are you a transformational operations leader ready to shape the future of manufacturing? Hitachi Energy is seeking a Campus Factory Leader to oversee manufacturing operations across our Reynosa campus, driving performance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding multiple manufacturing facilities, aligning business objectives, and fostering a culture built on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will lead high-performing teams, optimize operational performance, and champion strategic initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial results.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will influence long-term business success by developing talent, implementing operational excellence programs, and strengthening organizational capabilities. Working closely with cross-functional and global stakeholders, you will help navigate complex business challenges while ensuring the organization remains agile, resilient, and focused on delivering value to customers.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead manufacturing operations across the Reynosa campus, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are achieved.
  • Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practice sharing.
  • Oversee the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process to align resources, demand, and production strategies.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to improve operational and financial performance.
  • Build, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams while strengthening succession plans and talent pipelines.
  • Champion organizational transformation, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and support sustainable business growth.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, customer focus, and continuous improvement across all locations.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience, including responsibility for multi-site or large-scale operations.
  • Strong expertise in manufacturing processes, operational excellence, quality systems, supply chain management, and safety standards.
  • Proven success leading business transformation initiatives and delivering sustained operational and financial improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop leaders, build high-performing teams, and create strong succession pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
