Mission
Support the development and continuous improvement of digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, helping optimize business processes and enhance collaboration across the organization while building technical expertise within a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and enhancement of applications using Power Apps.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated workflows with Power Automate.
- Help manage and maintain SharePoint sites, data, and user permissions.
- Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and resolving application issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for existing digital solutions.
- Support user training and adoption activities across the Optima Solutions team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Internship, academic, or personal project experience related to software development or automation.
- Exposure to SharePoint or other Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Passion for learning and developing technical skills within the Microsoft ecosystem.
