Overview

We’re looking for a Report Development Analyst to support the end-to-end development of reports. You’ll work with stakeholders and developers to understand reporting needs, turn those needs into clear specifications, and help make sure every report is tested, signed off, deployed and delivered accurately. The role also supports report scheduling, inventory management and data security, so the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

How you'll make an impact

• Work with stakeholders to gather, understand and document new reporting requirements.
• Act as the main link between developers and stakeholders throughout the report development process.
• Create and maintain specifications for new and existing reports.
• Test reports against agreed requirements and specifications.
• Support or lead report deployment activities.
• Support or lead Luminos report release testing.
• Help with report production and scheduling, including validation and quality checks.
• Support the Operations Manager with maintaining the report inventory.
• Contribute to and, where needed, lead reporting-focused projects.
• Protect data integrity and ensure information is only visible to authorised users.

• You feel confident working with data and across multiple systems.
• You understand the importance of data security and controlled delivery.
• Business Analyst experience would be helpful.
• Experience or knowledge of the insurance industry would be helpful.
• You can use Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• You can read and understand SQL.
