Receptionist Night shift - Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center - Midland, Texas

Overview

Come work with a great team!  Signet Health manages the behavioral health services at Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center (PBBHC) in Midland, Texas.  We are looking for a Full-time Night shift Receptionist at our new, free-standing psychiatric hospital.  

 

 Responsibilities include:

 

• Welcomes visitors in person and a warm greeting over the telephone
• Relays messages appropriately and delivers messages in a timely manner
• Processes and distributes daily mail and communication
• Maintains filing records as needed
• Maintains security procedures and patient confidentiality
• Receives and replenishes supplies
• Maintains a clean and safe environment and reports equipment malfunctions
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Prior administrative experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills working with Microsoft Office Suite
