Role Description

We are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Content Platform Services team, focused on Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions. The role involves working across leading DAM platforms — including Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets — to support configuration, implementation, and ongoing management of client content ecosystems. This is a client-facing, hands-on role suited to someone with a strong foundation in DAM platform operations who is ready to take on greater ownership in solution delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Support configuration, administration, and day-to-day operations of DAM platforms (VVPM, Adobe AEM Assets) for client engagements.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of metadata schemas, taxonomies, folder structures, and workflows within DAM systems.
  • Manage asset ingestion, tagging, categorization, versioning, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, regulatory, IT) to gather requirements and translate them into DAM configurations.
  • Perform user access management, permissions setup, and role-based configurations as per client governance standards.
  • Support integration activities between DAM platforms and other enterprise systems (e.g., CMS, PLM, MRM tools).
  • Conduct quality checks, troubleshoot platform issues, and provide first-level support for user queries.
  • Contribute to documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles and support go-live activities for platform rollouts or upgrades.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within content operations workflows.

What you'll bring

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience working with Digital Asset Management platforms, with exposure to Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM) and/or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets.
  • Strong understanding of DAM concepts: metadata management, taxonomy design, asset lifecycle, digital rights management, and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with content operations in regulated or enterprise environments (e.g., life sciences, pharma) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of integrations between DAM and adjacent platforms (CMS, MRM, PLM) is desirable.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Platform certifications (e.g., Veeva Vault certification, Adobe AEM certification) are an added advantage.
  • Prior consulting or client-services experience is preferred.
  • Structured career growth path within Content Platform Services practice.
  • Fluency in English
  • Client-first mentality
  • Intense work ethic
  • Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach
