For over 40 years, Westbrook Dental Centre has proudly cared for patients and families in Southwest Calgary. Conveniently located in Westbrook Mall, our practice is built on long-standing relationships, trust, and a commitment to creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for every patient.

Our team provides comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages, with a strong focus on personalized treatment, clear communication, and long-term oral health. We combine modern dental technology with a gentle, patient-focused approach to help our patients feel informed and at ease throughout their visit.

Schedule:

• Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Wednesday & Thursday: 1:45 PM – 8:15 PM

• One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Enjoy the following Monday off when you work your scheduled Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
• Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
• Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
• Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
• Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts

About You:

• Minimum 3 years of administration experience
• Team lead experience is an asset
• Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
