We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Quality & Validation Engineer to join our R&D organization and play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards before release to mass production.This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, product physics, pressure systems, material behavior, and validation testing. You will be responsible for developing and executing advanced validation programs, analyzing product performance under mechanical stress, investigating failures, and driving product reliability improvements throughout the development lifecycle

Responsibilities (English)

• Plan, develop, and execute mechanical validation and quality testing activities for new and existing products.
• Design and conduct reliability, durability, fatigue, pressure, burst, lifecycle, and functional testing.
• Define validation plans, test methodologies, acceptance criteria, and performance requirements.
• Analyze product behavior under various operating conditions, including pressure loads, cyclic loading, environmental exposure, and mechanical stress.
• Build, adapt, and maintain test fixtures, laboratory setups, and validation equipment.
• Perform qualification testing during product development phases and support the transfer of validated test methods to manufacturing and quality organizations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across R&D, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Drive continuous improvement of validation methods, laboratory capabilities, and testing processes. 

 

 

Qualifications (English)

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical validation, product testing, reliability engineering, quality engineering, or laboratory engineering roles. 
• Strong understanding of mechanics, material behavior, stress analysis, fatigue, pressure systems, and failure mechanisms. 
• Hands-on experience testing physical products in industrial, consumer products, automotive, medical device, defense, or electromechanical environments.
• Experience developing and executing validation programs for mechanical products and assemblies.
• Strong knowledge of pressure testing, burst testing, fatigue testing, durability testing, and lifecycle validation methodologies.
• Experience with laboratory measurement equipment and inspection technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English communication skills
