Monthly FinOps Reporting:
- Prepare the monthly FinOps slide deck materials for Sales, covering OPEX performance.
- Compile key trends, variances, and action items; support the Finance Manager in presenting Sales results at the monthly FinOps meeting.
Marketing FP&A Support:
- Provide ongoing FP&A support to the worldwide Marketing organization, partnering with Marketing leadership and Finance stakeholders on financial performance and decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain monthly Marketing actuals reporting, including analysis of actual performance versus Plan and Forecast.
- Perform monthly headcount reconciliation and support headcount and personnel-cost planning for the global Marketing organization.
- Prepare and maintain the Marketing Payment Report and support the monitoring and reconciliation of Marketing-related expenditures.
- Support the annual planning, forecasting, and reforecasting processes for Marketing OPEX and headcount.

- Build and maintain data models, charts, and supporting analyses used in presentations for the Global QBR, Board meetings, Audit Committee sessions, and other executive forums.
- Synthesize complex financial data into clear, well-structured formats that support compelling narratives for C-suite and Board-level audiences.
Process Improvement:
- Assist in reviewing financial processes and procedures globally; help document current-state workflows and propose improvements toward a global standard.
- Contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives that improve the quality and speed of financial reporting.
