As a Commercial Graphic Designer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and strategic communication of our proposals within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that effectively communicate ideas and value propositions to potential clients, enhancing brand visibility and driving revenue growth.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful relationships with stakeholders, navigating complex situations, and mentoring junior team members. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, anticipate the needs of your teams, and deliver quality work. Embracing ambiguity, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.
Responsibilities
-Creating and redesigning executive presentations based on stakeholder requirements and brand guidelines
-Developing clear, visually compelling slides, diagrams, frameworks, and data visualizations to simplify complex information
-Creating custom graphics, infographics, and other visual assets to support business communications
-Transforming complex, text-heavy, or ambiguous content into clear, compelling visual narratives
-Balancing visual appeal with accuracy, clarity, and business relevance
-Managing workload and priorities independently with high autonomy and ownership
-Demonstrating strong visual design sensibility with emphasis on clarity, consistency, and brand adherence
-Exercising advanced PowerPoint skills including complex layouts, master slides, templates, and scalable design systems
-Using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop proficiently for graphic creation, illustration, and image editing
What You Must Have
- At least a degree in Graphic or Multimedia Design or a similar field (graduated or advanced student)
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or similar fields
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
