Role Overview
The Operational Excellence Manager will drive the Operational Excellence agenda across VVN global mobility operations in India. A key priority will be to identify, adapt, and scale proven improvement practices from across Vialto, ensuring successful approaches are consistently embedded within local operations. The role will build organizational capability through continuous improvement training, methodologies, and tools, while partnering with operational leaders to standardize processes, establish governance, and implement performance measurement frameworks that enable sustainable improvements and measurable business outcomes.
The role will support broader process improvement and automation initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery. Working closely with operational and functional stakeholders, the successful candidate will assess opportunities, develop business cases, define requirements, and coordinate the delivery of improvement initiatives. While experience with automation is advantageous, this is primarily a business-facing role focused on opportunity assessment, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realization rather than hands-on automation development.
