Main Responsibilities
1. Supervise day to day operational activities related to ship operation.
2. Ensure compliance with organization procedures and industry regulations to ensure the safe operation of ships.
3. Manage primary communications link with the Ship's Master also manage relation with customers.
4. Monito the ship movements and cargo transfer operations.
5. Analyze ships operational data to improve efficiency, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions.

6. Monitor and direct the movement of vessels entering and leaving the port area to prevent accidents.

7. Communicate clearly with ship captains using VHF marine radio to give traffic instructions and clearances.

8. Manage the queue of ships waiting to berth or anchor to ensure a smooth and organized flow of sea traffic.

9. Record all ship movements, arrival times, and departure times accurately into the daily traffic logbook.


General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Minimum graduated from Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

2. Have at least 1 year of experience in port operations, traffic control, or radio communication.

3. Familiar with using marine radios (VHF) and reading basic ship tracking monitors like AIS.

4. Possess basic English speaking and listening skills to communicate with foreign vessel crews over the radio.
