Client Data Insight 

• Supports in the development of weekly/monthly dashboards in order to increase client knowledge at the region, boutique and sales associate level
• Segments the database as per guidance from Client Development Manager with the view of  driving growth and accuracy for targeted activities
• Translates database insights (purchase behaviour, client journey…) into predictive purchase behaviour: product, seasonality, nationality…to maximise commercial opportunities
• Grows & maintains client database, using insights to drive best in class CRM/Clienteling programs, AVT and total TO
• Use data driven insights to improve client selection for all clientelling activities

Client Performance

• Supports the application and monitoring of CRM program strategies and calendar implementation, that drives engagement, recruitment, upgrade and loyalty, paying attention to the maturity of each market

• Helps to deliver strong CRM contribution towards total retail sales, enriching 360 client communication and treatment plans

• Measures performance results/progress via ROI on all CRM and Client Experience programs

• Develops strong and supportive relationships with cross-functional groups (CRM & CX team members, Sales teams, Customer service, Training, Logistic, Marketing & communication, Regional offices, Line manager, …) to enhance achievement of objectives

CRM / eCRM tools

• Drives 100% adoption of  CRM tools; salesforce, clientelling app, Marketing automation, etc.
• Enriches the dashboard tools to deliver deeper and more actionable insight
• Supports in the development of local campaign tools (eCRM, Messaging tools) approved by HQ and closely liaise with boutiques for strong implementation
