Description
Citi is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst and Product Manager for its Fixed Income - Spread Products (SP) Technology team that serves the Whole Loan Financing and Securitization transactions. We are looking for a talented professional with a balance of technical and business acumen to partner with the business and guide the development of end-to-end flow on lending transactions. The candidate will be a core member of technology team responsible for leading product technology and implementing project by working with multiple business, operations groups, and application owners. Excellent opportunity to gain exposure to global financing & securitization as well as wholesale credit risk processes and help resolve business' technology challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex, high-volume applications in partnership with business partners and stakeholders
- Lead to formulation of strategies/processes for Product Road map, Development and Governance and contribute to defining standards and new automation initiatives
- Develop communication to guide, influence and convince others, including colleagues in other areas and external customers
- Provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business and filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources
- Work among a team of committed individuals to solicit and document detailed and thorough system and function requirements (BRD) including various workflows to enhance business technology platform
- Transition requirements to QA teams across multiple global regions and assist in identifying test scenarios and work with business users to execute UAT, conduct business user training and mange technology implementation
- Deliver material/presentations to Senior Management and application owners and apprise key stakeholders with project health
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools
- Proven diplomatic and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred

## Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
