About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
About Salesforce
We're Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI + Data + CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. We empower you to be a Trailblazer too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world.
The Role
The Distinguished/Principal Technical Architect is a pre-sales, customer-facing enterprise domain expert combining deep architecture credibility with a strong, forward-weighted command of Data & AI — grounded in CRM and customer experience as the core discipline they extend. You'll be the trusted technical authority for our most strategic Middle East customers as they navigate cloud adoption, CRM-led transformation, and AI-driven customer engagement via Agentforce and Data Cloud.
This is not a legacy TA role. AI and data are the dominant focus going forward: agent architecture, data foundations, and how the two combine — on top of a CRM backbone — to reshape how customers engage their own customers. You'll still carry the full weight of classic TA responsibilities — trust with CIO/CTO/security stakeholders, architecture workshops, RFP support — but your differentiation and growth path center on AI/Data depth.
Your Impact — Responsibilities
Become the trusted technical advisor to CIO/CTO/Chief Data Officer/Architect-level stakeholders as they design their CRM, customer experience, and AI/data strategy on Salesforce.
Lead architecture and technical discovery around Agentforce and Data Cloud in the context of the customer's CRM and customer experience landscape — agent design, orchestration, data models, governance, and integration into existing enterprise systems.
Present Salesforce's platform capabilities — CRM and customer experience architecture, hosting, security, integration, and AI/agent infrastructure — with credibility at an executive technical level.
Resolve which Salesforce and third-party technologies fit a customer's architecture, grounded in product knowledge, industry frameworks, and Salesforce Architecture methodologies.
Conduct architecture workshops, enablement sessions, and technical due diligence — increasingly centered on AI/data maturity assessments and agent deployment roadmaps, always tied back to customer experience outcomes.
Own Deal Support Requests (DSRs) end-to-end and support the sales team in RFPs and technical requirements documents.
Share field intelligence — architecture trends, AI/data customer challenges, and competitive signals from the region — to sharpen the wider team's approach.
Mentor and guide Solution Engineers and junior architects on CRM, customer experience, and AI/data architecture concepts.
Contribute to internal IP: reference architectures, best practices, and educational content for AI/data and CRM engagements.
Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
13+ years in software, systems, or enterprise architecture, with a demonstrated shift toward Data & AI over recent engagements — CRM/customer experience background a strong plus, regardless of platform.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles (SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure).
Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and agent platforms — how to configure and deploy agents, connect them to automation/flows/APIs.
Working understanding of data architecture and governance fundamentals.
Technical selling skills — able to translate CRM, Data, and AI architecture into business value for non-technical executives.
Proven ability to earn trust with C-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Arabic fluency strongly preferred (native or near-native) — English fluency is non-negotiable, no exceptions.
Strong experience with any major CRM/AI ecosystem (Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, or similar) — deep Salesforce-specific knowledge is a plus, not a requirement, for the right architecture-caliber candidate.
Familiarity with major GenAI vendors (Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS, Google, Microsoft ... etc) and how agent platforms integrate with enterprise data.
Understanding of data security, compliance, and privacy regulations relevant to the region.
Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
