IT Support Technicians - 100% remote, ASAP, 12+ months

Dear IT Specialists,

 

We are currently looking for multiple IT Support Technicians for one of the leading tech companies in the US. The positions are in South Carolina.

- Start: ASAP

- Duration: long-term 12+ months
- Capacity: full-time, part-time also possible
- Language: English
- Eastern Standard Time

 

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in IT support / on-site technical support, including remote hands, incident response, workstation rollouts, and relocations.
- Experience with server and rack hardware installation, especially Dell or HPE, as well as UPS installation, cabling, and connectivity testing.
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting, ideally with HPE Aruba networking and Sophos firewalls.
- Experience supporting Lenovo / HP clients and notebooks, printer setup, and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with VMware virtualization, Veeam Backup & Replication, SLA readiness, and technical documentation.
