JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Reach Operator in Ladson, SC. Our client is a logistics facility. The Reach Operator is responsible operating a forklift 80% of the time while also helping with other tasks 20% of the time.
Responsibilities of a Reach Operator includes:
- Move and stage carts of products
- Operate reach truck within OSHA standards
- Practice safety and efficiency in compliance with warehouse regulations
- Organize and stack cages ready for shipment
- Material handling
Job Requirements of a FORKLIFT OPERATOR/WAREHOUSE WORKER:
- 3rd Shift
- Available for overtime
- Handling high value commodities safely
- Quickly moving material while maintaining safe driving
- PPE required: Steel toes, vest
REQUIRED Experience and Education:
- 1+ year experience on reach truck
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Comfortable lifting up 25+ lb regularly
