The Team
The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area counting 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. We are ambitious and committed to unlocking our full potential and to optimize the positioning of PVH in our markets.

The Role
The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible to roll-out the VM strategy of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein within the assigned area, including styling, VM and windows for the full price, outlet and wholesale channels, to establish creative synergy across all divisions.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Make retail visits regular basis and get regulations done or control those are being done which are relevant on the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein criteria
Arrange retail visit calendar and share it with retails and relevant people in the office
Check the retail’s in-store and showcase photos and make necessary comments
Take responsibility to apply and control that right product is displayed at right place
Locate the in-store applications about promotions and share them in all stores, prepare the reports of the promotions
Select VM materials, ensure to be used effectively
Control in-store VM materials regularly and maintain damaged materials
Report activities
Get the detailed reports done by each retails during season opening and provide all the reports to be sent to EHQ
Provide before/after reporting of inner city or out-of-town retail visits and report them to relevant people in the company
Get retail visit reports and control lists done regularly and control them
Prepare showroom according to the new season
Prepare showroom for order period and press launch according to the season story
Ensure purchasing or production of the materials and shipment of them properly
Ensure and support maintaining the formation through the process
Ensure the storage of the decorative materials when the process is over
Support new store openings
Control the opening pack at the time of arrival to the store
Coordinate business with the relevant departments
Train store employees about visual merchadising
Prepare training materials for seasonal VM training at showroom
Organize training venue
Check the trainin results during store visits after training
Order seasonal visual materials and get them applied
Plan the installation of seasonal materials in retails and head office, control it
Share the production and shipment processes of promotion pop and posters with related department heads
Be active Sales & Marketing and Advertising in marketing activities and create ideas for increasing the productivity
Organizing VM Storage
Ensure keeping visual materials inventory updated in storage
Ensure preserving retail showcases and related furniture properly
Organize the sale of old decorative materials in the office with Finance team
The Ideal Candidate
Professional with at least 2 years of experience in VM within fashion retail, covering owned and operated sites, franchise and/or concessions across multiple locations with high volume of stores
Highly creative, constantly Connecting to Consumers
Think Big, making sure to Stay Curious looking VM and commercial trends both internally and externally and rich data to Make Informed Decisions
Act with Purpose by taking an in-depth knowledge of the brand strategy, product range and commercial trading strategies.
Collaborate to Win across multiple stakeholders with ease
Adapt Fast and work well within a fast pace environment
Work well with change and be experienced in promoting a positive change environment within a team.
Fluently speaking and writing in English
Hands on experience with visual software ( such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Power Point, Indesign, Excel) is a plus
