The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the Nucleus Global team.
This is a dynamic and varied role offering the chance to work across a diverse range of projects across publications and medical affairs, within a supportive, established, and collaborative team. You'll grow your expertise and develop your career in an environment that values innovation, quality, and teamwork.
What You'll Do
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Deliver a variety of projects across multiple therapy areas.
- Work closely with clients to deliver creative, strategic, and impactful communications solutions.
- Use your project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with our teams and senior leadership to deliver exceptional service and maintain client relationships.
- Contribute to business growth through proactive problem-solving, initiative, and scientific insight.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- A BSc in life sciences (or equivalent experience in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment).
- Project management experience and confidence working on client-facing projects across fast-paced, evolving accounts.
- Financial acumen, including experience with budget creation and management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A passion for delivering high-quality work and a drive to continuously develop your expertise.
