You will serve as the primary administrator for Planisware — GE Vernova's enterprise project portfolio management (PPM) platform — across the North Europe region. Your work directly enables regional leadership to make faster, more informed decisions, and ensures that every project in the portfolio meets the standards required for executive and audit-level reporting.

Job Description

What You'll Do

• Administer the platform: Maintain the Planisware environment for the North Europe region, including project structures, workflows, templates, and user roles — keeping configuration consistent with global standards.
• Own data quality: Set and enforce data governance standards across the regional portfolio. Conduct regular audits, apply corrective actions, and ensure project data is accurate and audit-ready at all times.
• Support project controls delivery: Work directly with project teams to support Earned Value Management (EVM), schedule management, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) tracking, and change control processes.
• Manage the reporting rhythm: Oversee the regional reporting cadence, validate data ahead of executive reviews, and ensure outputs are accurate and distributed on schedule.
• Build capability across the region: Act as the first point of contact for platform queries. Lead onboarding and training sessions to improve adoption and reduce recurring errors.
• Drive continuous improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies, contribute to the global Project Controls community of practice, and participate in the testing and rollout of platform updates.

Who We're Looking For

You are a detail-oriented project controls professional who is as comfortable working with data systems as you are working with people. You build trust through consistency, communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, and take ownership of the processes others depend on.

Required

• Experience in project controls, project administration, or a PMO (Project Management Office) capacity within the energy, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
• Hands-on experience administering or managing data within an enterprise PPM or project management platform such as Planisware, Oracle Primavera P6, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — particularly Excel for data manipulation and reporting, and PowerPoint for executive-level dashboards and presentations.
• A formal education and subsequent Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject such as Engineering, Project Management, or Business is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Preferred

• Certification in Planisware or a comparable platform administration credential; familiarity with EVM and schedule management principles.
• PRINCE2 Foundation, APM PMQ (Project Management Qualification), or equivalent project management certification.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus and guide adoption of new processes across teams without direct authority over those teams.
