Services Architect LATAM

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

The Services Architect (SA) plays a key role within the Pre-Sales organization, partnering closely with Services Sales Consultants (SSCs) and account teams to design and develop tailored service solutions for retail customers. These solutions include NCR Voyix and multi-vendor hardware and software support, with a strong emphasis on Global Services and Managed Services offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of end-to-end service solutions, including Break/Fix, Managed Services, and multi-vendor support models.
  • Evaluate technical feasibility, cost structures, and profitability to ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements and NCR Voyix business objectives.
  • Own and manage the internal approval process for service proposals before customer submission.
  • Drive the development, negotiation, and execution of customer service contracts through to signature.
  • Collaborate with global teams, partners, and stakeholders to design scalable, multi-region service delivery models.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and documentation that clearly articulate the value of NCR Voyix service offerings.
  • Support the creation and continuous improvement of reusable assets, including design templates, proposal content, and pre-sales materials.
  • Challenge and optimize commercial models to increase competitiveness while maximizing customer value.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of accurate and comprehensive service design documentation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and customers throughout the solution design lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-facing role involving service design, pre-sales, solution consulting, or contract negotiation.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and summarize corporate P&L statements and financial drivers.
  • Strong knowledge of Break/Fix and Managed Services environments, with a solid understanding of ITIL principles (ITIL4 preferred).
  • Experience designing and supporting global or multi-region service solutions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with external partners and vendor ecosystems to deliver integrated service offerings.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience contributing to or supporting deals valued at over $1M USD.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Experience with service cost modeling, pricing strategies, and business case development.
  • Comfortable presenting solutions and recommendations to customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Industry experience within retail technology or retail services environments.
  • Experience working in international organizations and cross-functional global teams.
  • ITIL4 certification and familiarity with TOGAF and/or ISO/IEC 20000 frameworks.
  • Additional language skills are highly desirable.
