The Project Associate will provide direct support to the Vice President of the Faculty Practice Group (FPG), providing comprehensive administrative and project support while collaborating across FPG departments. Key responsibilities include complex calendar management, communication screening and prioritization, coordination of executive meetings, preparation and distribution of materials, support of special projects, and management of executive administrative functions.
The incumbent will prepare meeting agendas and materials, record and distribute minutes, and monitor action items and deliverables to support the Vice President's objectives. Given the complexity and demands of the Vice President's schedule, this position requires exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and efficiency to optimize meeting opportunities and minimize disruptions. A high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, tact, and discretion is essential when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Required

Superior communication and presentation skills
