The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. The Integration Engineer ensures that the technology solutions implemented accurately reflect the business needs and contribute to seamless integration across various systems and processes.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Database & Engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can provide technical leadership across modern database platforms, cloud technologies, application engineering, and data modernization initiatives. The candidate will work closely with architecture, engineering, delivery, and client teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise combined with the ability to guide engineering teams, support solution design, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and contribute to modernization and transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a technical SME across databases, cloud platforms, application engineering, and data modernization.
Design and review highly scalable, secure, and resilient database architectures.
Provide expertise across SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB and other enterprise database technologies.
Define database design, data modeling, indexing, performance optimization, replication, partitioning, and high-availability strategies.
Support database modernization and migration initiatives from legacy and relational platforms to modern cloud-native databases.
Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Provide technical guidance on application modernization, microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native engineering.
Analyze complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
Conduct architecture and code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
Mentor developers, database engineers, and technical resources.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, client stakeholders, and delivery leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Contribute to PoCs, technical assessments, solution proposals, estimations, and technical presentations.
Support automation using DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and observability technologies.
Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI, AI/ML, and automation to improve application and data engineering.
Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, performance, and operational requirements.

Additional Information:
