About the Role
As a KYC/AML Analyst at Capco, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and related financial crime processes for our financial services clients.
This is an operational role suited to someone with up to 3 years of relevant experience who is comfortable working with established procedures, reviewing customer information and documentation, completing screening activities, and escalating cases that require further review.
What You’ll Do
· Complete day-to-day KYC, AML, and CDD reviews for new and existing customers in line with established procedures and service requirements.
· Review customer information and documentation, including identification data, ownership structures, and beneficial ownership information, for completeness and accuracy.
· Perform sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and adverse media screening, documenting findings clearly within relevant systems.
· Identify missing information, discrepancies, or potential risk indicators and escalate cases requiring further review in line with agreed procedures.
· Maintain accurate case records and support timely completion of assigned workloads while working collaboratively with colleagues and client teams.
What We’re Looking For
· Up to 3 years of experience in KYC, AML, CDD, customer onboarding, financial crime operations, or a related financial services environment.
· Practical understanding of KYC/AML processes, including customer identification, due diligence, sanctions and PEP screening.
· Ability to follow established procedures, review documentation carefully, and maintain accurate records.
· Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings, raising queries, and working with colleagues and stakeholders.
· An organised and collaborative approach, with attention to detail and the ability to manage a day-to-day operational workload.
