Responsibilities

• The Public Area Attendant ensures the cleanliness and perfection of the guest areas of the resort.

• Keeps all public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted.

• Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free.  

• Removes all trash from areas.

• Periodically checks Lobby and employee Restrooms.  Makes sure all surfaces are clean. Restocks all supplies including toilet paper, soap and hand towels.

• Responds to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.  

• Possess ability to answer guest questions and direct them to the areas in which they desiree

​Preferred Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Basic level of English is required.

• High attention to detail and customer service skills.

• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 40lbs.

• Ability to kneel, crouch and reach.

• Walk up to 8 hours per shift.

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
