Customer Service Specialist
About the Role
Join Haleon Poland and become part of our Customer Supply Chain team.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring excellent customer service, and working closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, and external customers.
The role offers an opportunity to work in an international environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end customer order processing in SAP
Ensure timely and accurate order execution and invoicing
Monitor and support on-time and in-full deliveries
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Resolve order, delivery, and service-related issues
Support claims, returns, and credit note processes
Monitor customer service performance and identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, and external partners
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects
Basic Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
Experience working with SAP
Significant customer focus and communication skills
Significant analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines
Ability to manage priorities and work independently
Comfortable working in an English-speaking international environment
Polish language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in FMCG, consumer healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of EDI processes
Ukrainian language skills would be considered an advantage

PLN 92,276.00 - PLN 126,879.50 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role.
