This role is responsible for ensuring alignment and execution on critical Finance transformation initiatives across functions, geographies, and organizations. The role translates Finance strategy into executable roadmaps, establishes governance, drives cross-functional execution, and provides expert counsel to senior stakeholders. As a senior individual contributor, the role serves as a trusted Finance transformation advisor, connecting process, technology, data, and operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Leads and advises on critical Finance transformation initiatives, programs, and strategic priorities across functions and geographies.
Develops and maintains integrated transformation roadmaps, aligning strategic priorities, initiatives, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
Establishes transformation governance, operating cadence, executive reporting, and decision-making forums.
Drives execution across Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Finance Operations, ensuring alignment of scope, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Performs highly complex financial, operational, and transformation analysis to support strategic decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Drives process improvement, standardization, simplification, and policy initiatives with broad or global Finance impact.
Provides expert counsel on financial management, controls, planning, business cases, process performance, and transformation priorities.
Represents Finance in cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives and influences stakeholders without direct authority.
Tracks transformation performance, benefits, risks, and value realization, driving corrective action where required
Identifies opportunities to leverage data, analytics, automation, AI, and technology to improve Finance capabilities and outcomes.
Leads complex projects and workstreams, exercising independent judgment to resolve unique and ambiguous problems.
Acts as a functional authority, shaping Finance transformation strategy, governance, standards, and direction.
Education & Experience:
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
MBA, CPA, CA, or equivalent advanced professional qualification is a plus
15+ years of experience, preferably in Finance, Finance Transformation, Enterprise PMO, Business Transformation, Consulting, or related fields.
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives in global, matrixed organizations.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
MBA, CPA, CA, or equivalent advanced professional qualification is a plus
Experience in large multinational or Fortune 500 environments
Experience working across global teams and time zones
Our Offer:
The base pay range for this role is 222600 PLN to 337500 PLN annually with
additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses. In addition, this role may be eligible for equity awards (typically
granted in the form of restricted stock units) that are independently granted by
the Company's U.S. parent corporation, HP Inc., on a discretionary basis under
its equity plan. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility,
working conditions, experience and work location.
