• Establish measurable adoption milestones and implementation success criteria for new customer sites.

Clinical Account & Commercial Team Enablement

• Partner closely with Marketing and Product Management to ensure a seamless customer implementation experience.

• Establish standardized post-sale clinical implementation workflows that can be replicated across future customer sites.

• Serve as the clinical escalation resource for complex adoption or workflow challenges.

• Provide field coaching and clinical guidance during customer evaluations, launches, and early adoption.

• As the commercial organization grows, develop and lead a scalable train-the-trainer program for Clinical Account Managers.

• Ensure consistent execution of clinical onboarding and education across all customer accounts.

Clinical Strategy, Product Insights & Market Differentiation

• Translate customer observations into actionable recommendations that improve product usability, training, and customer success.

• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to provide structured Voice of Customer feedback that informs future software and product development.

• Support Marketing with clinically accurate education materials, customer success stories, and evidence-based messaging.
