Regional Supply Support Manager

Salary: Circa £74,000 dependant on skills & experience + car allowance 

Permanent, Full-Time (With opportunities for Pat-Time)

We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Regional Supply Support Manager to join our Water Supply leadership team. This is an influential leadership role where you'll support the delivery of world-class water treatment and supply operations across one of our regional areas, helping ensure customers receive reliable water services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.   

What will you be doing? 

Reporting to the Regional Supply Manager, you'll provide tactical leadership, operational expertise, and coaching support to Supply Managers and operational teams across your region. 

You'll play a key role in: 

• Driving health, safety, wellbeing and process safety excellence across operational teams. 

• Supporting the performance, maintenance and optimisation of water treatment, storage and distribution assets. 

• Leading operational improvements that enhance customer service, resilience and environmental performance. 

• Coaching and developing Supply Managers to build high-performing teams. 

• Supporting the delivery of financial and operational targets across a multi-million-pound operational budget. 

• Working closely with stakeholders across Water Quality, Networks, Asset Management and Capital Delivery teams.Managing major incidents and providing leadership during operational challenges. 

• Shaping and delivering elements of Water Supply's long-term strategy and investment plans. 

What does it take to be successful? 

We're seeking a strong operational leader with extensive experience within water treatment, water recycling, utilities, engineering, or a similar asset-intensive environment. 

You'll bring: 

• Significant leadership experience managing technical and operational teams. 

• Deep expertise in water treatment operations, maintenance and asset management. 

• Strong understanding of engineering, MEICA and operational risk management. 

• Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions. 

• A proactive and collaborative leadership style. 

• Excellent coaching, communication and relationship-building skills. 

• Strong commercial awareness and experience supporting budget management. 

• The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
