Marin Post Acute – San Rafael, CA
Pay: Up to $70/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN

Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Support residents in regaining independence with daily living activities
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
Provide therapeutic exercises, interventions, and adaptive strategies
Document progress and maintain regulatory compliance
Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy goals and techniques
Qualifications
Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Compassionate and team-oriented approach
SNF or post-acute experience preferred — new grads welcome!
