Measure process adoption, monitor realised benefits, and ensure improvements are embedded within the organisation. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across ND&I and Network teams to drive collaboration and successful delivery of change. Delivery-focused with a strong sense of urgency, while maintaining a structured approach, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Comfortable working in complex and ambiguous environments, with the ability to analyse issues and identify practical solutions.
