Purpose of the role
To create content that highlights and promotes the bank’s goals and objectives across various platforms and omnichannels to appropriate channels by crafting compelling narratives and designing engaging visual content
Accountabilities
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop content messages, themes and topics which communicate the bank’s objectives.
- Management of the end-to-end content creation process including as needed writing, editing, animation creation, and static asset development which will be used and communicated across platforms.
- Management of content that engages clients and other stakeholders via articles, social media, videos and infographics.
- Monitoring the performance of content across various channels using analytics tools.
- In certain cases, development and maintenance of platforms such as microsites to promote the bank’s business objectives, values, products, services and campaigns for specific audiences.

We are seeking a Content Marketing Strategist to develop and deliver compelling, client-focused content that brings the Private Bank & Wealth Management strategy to life across multiple channels. Acting as the bridge between content strategy and execution, the role will shape powerful narratives, drive editorial excellence, and ensure the delivery of high-quality content that engages clients, supports commercial priorities, and enhances brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities into impactful content plans and campaigns across digital, social, email and client channels.
- Develop compelling narratives that simplify complex investment and wealth management topics for target audiences.
- Own content delivery from concept to publication, ensuring quality, consistency and regulatory compliance throughout.
- Partner with investment, product, client, marketing and communications teams to develop and execute content programmes.
- Manage editorial calendars, content pipelines and governance processes across multiple stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimise content for search engines, AI discoverability and emerging distribution channels.
