Short Intro and About the Job
Are you passionate about learning and development and want to be part of the project at European scale? Join us as an Intern in the EU Capability Building Team and help shape impactful development programs across the region.
As an intern, you'll play a key role in supporting the design, coordination, and execution of development programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support logistics and organizational aspects of program rollouts,
- Prepare learning paths and sessions in our internal learning platform,
- Promote sessions, manage participant lists, and handle session reporting,
- Work extensively with Learning Management Systems and knowledge management tools,
- Administer and update process documentation,
- Convert training materials into engaging formats, including e-learning modules.
About You
To succeed in that role, we believe you need to:
- Be fluent in English,
- Strong organizational, communication & analytical skills,
- Interest in learning technologies and program management,
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel),
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
