Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, with a focus on contracts and construction. Compensation Package
- Salary Range:
- 2+ years of experience: $60,000 - $75,000
- 5+ years of experience: $75,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of business, primarily focused on contracts and construction accounts.
- Handle renewals and new business processes, including quoting and policy management.
- Collaborate with the COO and other team members to ensure seamless account management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize EZLynx software for account management and documentation.
- Support the agency’s growth by maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial lines account management; 5+ years preferred for senior-level consideration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx or similar agency management software.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
- Work Arrangement: Onsite work is highly preferred. Remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.
