We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible AIoT Engineer with curiosity and innovative thinking in AI technologies. This role will focus on factory utility equipment maintenance scenarios, responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level AI model management processes, from requirement analysis to deployment, building sustainable smart maintenance solutions that help facility engineers improve equipment reliability, reduce energy consumption, and prevent anomalies.

## Responsibilities

##

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data science outcomes into practical intelligent services.

• Design and train machine learning/deep learning models, ensuring performance and interpretability.

• Develop model service APIs to support system integration and real-time applications.

• Introduce and establish model management and deployment processes (MLOps) to ensure stable operation and regular updates.

• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, write technical documentation, and promote internal knowledge sharing.

## Key Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in data science or machine learning.

• Skilled in Python and ML/DL frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).

• Experience in model service development and containerization (FastAPI, Docker).

• Understanding of ML pipeline or MLOps concepts, capable of planning and introducing processes suitable for enterprise environments.

• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
