We’re seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Audit Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help coordinate and host client audits, ensuring each client has a professional, welcoming, and well-organized experience. Working closely with internal teams, you will anticipate client needs, respond to questions, coordinate audit logistics, and help ensure the audit process runs smoothly from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working directly with clients, and is comfortable problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to remain composed while managing multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.
Starting Pay: $26.50 per hour, DOE
This position is on-site only in Moscow, Idaho.

Position Summary
The Client Audit Associate coordinates and hosts client audits and serves as the primary point of contact before, during, and after client audits. This position plans and facilitates client visits and coordinates audit logistics. The position works with Quality Assurance, scientific personnel and Test Facility management to prepare timely responses to client observations and audit findings. This position does not independently make final determinations regarding audit findings or regulatory interpretations unless specifically delegated by Quality Assurance Management.
Essential Duties and Tasks
- Serves as the primary host and coordinator for client audits and inspections
- Plans and coordinates audit and inspection schedules, meeting logistics, facility tours, document requests, and follow-up activities
- Serves as the primary liaison between clients, Quality Assurance and scientific personnel during the audit and inspection process
- Coordinates the preparation, review, timely submission of written responses and follow-up tasks for completion to client observations and audit findings
- Maintains accurate audit and inspection schedules, records, and client correspondence in accordance with applicable procedures
- Determines potential compliance concerns identified during client interactions and promptly escalates them to the Quality Assurance Management and Testing Facility Management, as appropriate
- Partners with appropriate departments to identify process improvements resulting from client audit and inspection observations and concerns
- Assists in the revision of SOPs, Technical Procedures and other related controlled documents
Additional Duties and Tasks
- May attend SQA meetings or participate in webinars or on-line training resources to further continuing education
- May conduct audits of protocols, study plans, in-process inspections, or test methods, under the direction of the Quality Assurance Unit
- May support the Quality Assurance Unit with facility inspections
- May prepare internal inspection and audit reports in accordance with applicable SOPs
- Performs other duties as needed or assigned
Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements
- High School diploma and four or more years of relevant experience in client relations, quality assurance, regulated lab operations compliance or related environment OR Associates or Bachelor’s degree in science, business, communication, or related field and two or more years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience coordinating client-facing activities, audits, inspections or similar activities preferred
- Experience working in a regulated laboratory pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO or another regulated environment preferred
- Experience with GLP requirements preferred
