Partner with Rail Operations supervisors and superintendents to manage roster changes, workforce requirements and execution risks.
Coordinate flights, accommodation and travel requirements for rostered employees and supervisors across multiple locations.
About you

A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team.
Experience in workforce planning, resource planning, scheduling, rostering, or a related operational planning role.
Experience balancing competing priorities and coordinating resources within a dynamic operational environment.

Experience identifying and managing operational risks, constraints and workforce availability issues to support business outcomes.
Proficiency in planning and rostering systems, along with strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to influence outcomes and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.
Helpful for Success
Experience within rail, mining, logistics, heavy industry, or another safety-critical operational environment.
Knowledge of fatigue management requirements, enterprise agreements, or workforce compliance obligations.
Experience coordinating travel, accommodation or mobilisation requirements for operational workforces.
What we offer
Be recognised for your contribution, your thinking and your hard work, and go home knowing you’ve helped the world progress.

Where you’ll be working
Our integrated operations, which include port facilities, ensure we can supply the right quality product to our customers when they need it. We blend our products at our own ports, which allows us to produce a reliable and consistent product. And because we have dedicated shipping operations, we are able to better control the delivery of product to our customers. We operate four independent shipping terminals at two locations, Cape Lambert and Dampier, managed as a single port system. Cape Lambert has two terminals, Cape Lambert A and B, with approximately four ships loaded per day.
